Bib Pick Up Dates

BIB PICK UPS

There are three bib pick-ups race week, including the final bib pick up on Saturday at the mandatory bike drop off. We highly recommend coming to an early bib-pick up so you can get all of your goodies and have your bike and gear items ready before showing up on Mandatory Bike Drop-off on 5/19/18 between 3:00 – 7:00 pm

  • Pick up locations:
    • May 15 - TREK Store - 4:30 - 6:30 pm
    • May 16 - SKINNY RAVEN Downtown - 4:30 - 6:30 pm
    • May 19 - BARTLETT HIGH SCHOOL - 3:00 - 7:00 pm

You will receive several important race items at bib pick up. Along with your bib number, you will receive the 2018 Race Booklet full of valuable information and an envelope with your bib number stickers. This bib number process would be better served taking place in the quiet of your own garage or backyard. The mandatory bike drop-off is a little chaotic. Fun and exciting, but chaotic. Trust us, try to pick up your bib number on Tuesday or Wednesday. Don't forget!

Only YOU may pick up your own bib. No exceptions. (OK, there is one exception. See below.) Please do not send your husband, partner or best friend to pick up your bib, we can’t give it to them. It’s a USAT rule and we have to follow it! You must bring your picture I.D. Parents of racers under the age of 18 may pick up the bibs for their child(ren). This is the only exception when someone other than the racer may pick up someone else’s bib.

If you indicated during the registration process that you are a USAT member, then you must show your USAT card (or at least a smart-phone image or printed copy). USAT has a really cool app now; download it before coming to bib pick up. Do you have an expired USAT membership? You may go online and renew it before bib pick up which is highly recommended. You can get online (on your iPhone) while at bib pick up and renew it then but it will take time – it always does. So do it before you come. If you unable to renew it bring $15.00 (the same amount we discounted you at registration when you said you were a USAT member) and that will pay for a ONE-DAY membership.
