New finish line (and shorter run), but same great festivities at Bartlett.

While the race finish line will now be at Pena Park just off of Starview Drive (the frontage road to the power plant and Centennial Park), Race Central will still be at Bartlett High School.

Racers will cross the finish line at Pena Park and enjoy the thrill of victory; hear your name as you cross the finish line, grab your cool 2018 GNT collapsible water bottle (already filled for you), maybe enjoy a quick snack, and hop on the racer shuttle busses back Race Central at Bartlett High School.

Did we mention that the run is about .25 miles shorter this year? We know some of you love that.

GNT will provide shuttle bus service for racers only between the finish at Pena Park and Race Central.

Racers will be greeted with cheers when you arrive back at Bartlett. Here you will get your finisher’s shirt, grab a photo op with the GNT banners, enjoy some post race food, and celebrate with your friends and family.

We encourage family and friends to hang out at Bartlett to greet their racer when they arrive back and get to celebrate all over again! Here they can watch the swim, cheer you and other racers on as they transition onto the bike, and enjoy the festivities at Race Central: music, live race updates, food, vendors, poster making, bouncy house for the kids, photo opportunities, and more.

Spectators may use the pedestrian walkway over the Glenn Muldoon Interchange to watch their racers finish at Pena Park, but the only access for spectators will be by foot. There will be no spectator vehicle traffic permitted on Starview Drive or vehicle access to Pena Park.

* Pedestrians must follow the walkways and follow all signals when traveling between Bartlett and Pena Park. Volunteers will be stationed to guide spectators.
